Your Agreement with the Platform

1Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "Platform" means the 7777ph online gaming website accessible at 7777ph.cam, including all associated mobile and browser-based interfaces, services, and features operated thereunder.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 7777ph Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user profile created by a Player upon successful completion of the 7777ph registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player and held in their 7777ph account wallet for the purpose of participating in real-money gaming activities.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded to a Player under a specific promotion, subject to separate wagering requirements and restrictions as communicated at the time of the offer.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer verification process, through which 7777ph collects and validates identity documents to confirm eligibility and comply with applicable legal obligations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government authority responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory in which access to or use of online gambling services is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

By registering an Account on 7777ph, you represent, warrant, and confirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform;
• You are a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf, and not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any other party;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 7777ph employee or associated business partner where participation in real-money gaming activities would create a conflict of interest;
• All registration information you provide — including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any identity documentation submitted during KYC — is accurate, complete, and current;
• You are registering and using the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party;
• You have not been previously suspended or permanently excluded from 7777ph or any affiliated platform.

7777ph reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without providing a reason. 7777ph further reserves the right to request documentary evidence verifying any of the representations above at any time during your use of the Platform.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on 7777ph. The existence of duplicate accounts — regardless of whether the same payment method, mobile number, device, or IP address is used — constitutes a breach of this Agreement. 7777ph will close all duplicate accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein.

3Account Management & Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 7777ph login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) delivered to your registered mobile number. Specifically:

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances;
• You must not permit any other person to access or use your Account;
• You must notify 7777ph support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation;
• You must ensure that you log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

7777ph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain appropriate security over your login credentials. 7777ph will not, under any circumstances, request your password or full OTP via any communication channel, including live chat, email, SMS, or social media. Any such request is a fraud attempt and should be reported immediately.

You are responsible for keeping your registered contact information — including your Philippine mobile number and any linked payment details — up to date. Changes to registered details require identity verification before they are implemented. 7777ph reserves the right to temporarily restrict account access during any security review or KYC verification process.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

7777ph accepts deposits through the following payment channels: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfer, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and Visa/Mastercard, subject to availability at the time of your transaction. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless stated otherwise for a specific promotion or payment method.

All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. 7777ph does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits made from payment instruments that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered Account holder may be reversed and the funds returned to the originating source.

7777ph does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider (GCash, bank, or card network) may apply their own transaction fees, for which 7777ph accepts no responsibility. Funds deposited to your 7777ph account are not held in an interest-bearing account, and no interest will accrue on your balance.

By depositing funds, you acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds deposited. 7777ph does not provide investment services and is not responsible for losses incurred through gaming activity. You should only deposit amounts you can afford to lose.

5Withdrawals & KYC Verification

To complete KYC verification, you must submit a clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a Philippine National ID, Passport, Driver's Licence, or SSS/UMID card) and a real-time selfie for biometric matching. Additional documentation may be requested in specific circumstances, including where transaction volumes exceed defined thresholds.

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment channel used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. Where this is not possible, 7777ph may request you to nominate an alternative verified payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

The minimum withdrawal amount and processing times are subject to the payment method selected. GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 1–3 business hours. 7777ph does not guarantee processing times and is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers or network issues outside its control.

7777ph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request. In such cases, processing may be temporarily suspended pending completion of the review. Withdrawal requests may be declined where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

6Bonuses & Promotions

7777ph offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing Players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to:

• Wagering Requirements: The minimum number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before the bonus balance or any winnings derived therefrom become eligible for withdrawal;
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute at reduced rates (or not at all) toward satisfying wagering requirements. Applicable game contribution rates will be stated in the individual promotion terms;
• Minimum Odds / Stake Restrictions: Where applicable, qualifying bets must meet minimum odds or stake conditions specified in the promotion;
• Expiry Period: Bonuses that are not claimed or whose wagering requirements are not satisfied within the stated expiry period will be automatically removed from the Player's account without compensation;
• Maximum Withdrawal Limit: Some promotions cap the maximum amount that may be withdrawn in connection with bonus winnings. This limit will be disclosed in the relevant promotion's terms.

7777ph reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. 7777ph will void bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to reduce risk to below a defined threshold, or any other conduct inconsistent with good-faith participation in a promotion.

Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, or per shared IP address. The offering of a bonus by 7777ph does not create any contractual obligation beyond the specific terms of that promotion.

7Games & Betting Rules

7777ph provides access to a range of gaming products including live dealer casino games, online slots, sports betting, e-sabong, bingo, and prediction games. Each game category and individual title operates under its own set of rules, which are accessible from within the relevant game or game category interface.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the rules of a specific game or promotion, the specific game or promotion rules shall prevail with respect to that game or promotion only.

Bets accepted and confirmed by the 7777ph platform are binding. 7777ph reserves the right to void any wager where:

• The wager was accepted after the outcome of the relevant event was known;
• The wager was placed using funds that were subject to a pending dispute or reversal;
• A technical error or software malfunction affected the validity of the wager or the display of odds;
• There is evidence of collusion, match-fixing, or other manipulation of the event to which the wager relates.

7777ph's decisions on disputes regarding game outcomes and settled wagers are final, subject to the formal dispute resolution procedure described in Section 15. Odds and game parameters are subject to change without notice. 7777ph does not guarantee that any specific game will remain available on the Platform indefinitely.

All random number generators (RNGs) used in 7777ph slot and table game products are certified by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games are broadcast from licensed studios and are subject to their own regulatory oversight. 7777ph does not manipulate game outcomes in any manner beyond the published RTP (Return to Player) parameters of each game.

8Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Prevention

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7777ph Platform:

• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using any software, robot, spider, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in any manner not approved by 7777ph;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes in any game or Platform feature, whether or not 7777ph is immediately aware of such error;
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime;
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or otherwise unauthorised payment instruments to fund your Account;
• Misrepresenting your age, identity, or location to circumvent eligibility restrictions;
• Placing wagers on any event or game on behalf of any other person or entity;
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals following the legitimate processing of a deposit and use of those funds for gaming activity;
• Any conduct designed to interfere with, disrupt, or degrade the performance of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure.

7777ph employs automated and manual fraud detection systems to monitor for prohibited activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected, 7777ph may immediately suspend the Account, freeze the associated balance, and conduct an investigation before determining the appropriate action. Players under investigation will be notified where it is operationally appropriate to do so.

9Responsible Gaming

7777ph is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. All Players are subject to the Platform's responsible gaming framework, which includes the following tools and obligations:

• Age Verification: Access to real-money gaming is strictly limited to persons aged 21 and above. 7777ph implements age verification as part of the KYC process and reserves the right to suspend any Account where the age of the Player is in reasonable doubt;
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Once set, a limit may be reduced with immediate effect; increases to an existing limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts to prompt them to review their gaming activity after a specified period;
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may activate self-exclusion from within Account settings. 7777ph reserves the right to apply account restrictions or initiate contact with any Player where the Platform's monitoring systems identify betting patterns consistent with problem gambling behaviour.

10Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data by 7777ph is governed by the 7777ph Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you have read and accept the Privacy Policy as a component of this Agreement.

In summary, 7777ph collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and identity documents for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming monitoring. 7777ph does not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Your data is processed in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection legislation.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the 7777ph Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, game content, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of 7777ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any Platform content without prior written consent from 7777ph;
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Platform software or content;
• Use 7777ph trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner not expressly authorised.

Any use of Platform content outside the scope of the licence granted herein is a breach of these Terms and may constitute infringement of applicable intellectual property rights.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7777ph provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7777ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game results, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

7777ph shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events;
• Losses incurred through real-money gaming activity on the Platform;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including GCash, Maya, or banking institutions;
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional content.

Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit 7777ph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13Account Termination

You may close your 7777ph Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified Real Money Balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, net of any outstanding wagering obligations associated with active bonuses.

7777ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration or KYC information;
• Confirmed fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited activity as described in Section 8;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal in connection with a deposit to your Account;
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any competent authority;
• Cessation of the Platform's operations in the Philippines.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited in full. Where an Account is closed for administrative or regulatory reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, 7777ph will make reasonable efforts to return any verified Real Money Balance to you.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the 7777ph Platform shall first be referred to 7777ph's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of submission, either party may refer the matter to mediation or to the competent courts of the Philippines. Players agree to attempt good-faith informal resolution before initiating formal legal proceedings.

For disputes relating specifically to the licensing and regulatory conduct of the Platform, Players may also refer complaints to PAGCOR through its official channels, to the extent that PAGCOR's jurisdiction applies to the relevant matter.

15Amendments, Severability & Contact

7777ph reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective upon publication on the Platform. Where a change is material — meaning it substantially affects your rights or obligations — 7777ph will provide notice to your registered contact details at least seven (7) days prior to the change taking effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the 7777ph Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
